 Larricka sun bathed near a river. It was much warmer now, spring was upon the world. The a smile played upon the fire wyrms face She couldn't wait for the summer. When it would be constantly warm and light. Larricka nosed some of the flowers that had been appearing from the lightly frosted ground.

 Stretching out his body, Jaro raised his head to the spring air. For the next three months, he could be genuinely happy. It was an amazing feeling, and it brought a small ghost of a smile to his features. He made his way towards the smell of water, the snow clearing away as he walked, very small flowers taking the snow's place.

Larricka raised her head and looked around "Whos there?" she asked quietly. Larricka rolled over onto her four hooves. it was odd for a fire wyrm to have hooves. Her blue eyes scanned the treeline through her mask.

Jaro blinked slightly, before moving into the clearing. His rosebud-covered tail swished against the ground. "Only I. I am Jaro, and I hope I did not disturb you..."

Larricka shook her head "Nay you have not bothered me, I was doing nothing to begin with to become bothered by." she stood leaping off her rock gracefully. "I am Larricka." she nodded to thim "Tis a pleasure to meet you Jaro"

Jaro lowered his head, neck and shoulders into what could be called a bow. "A pleasure to meet you also, Larricka."

"What brings you out this way Sir?" she inquired of the other fire wyrm. Her hooved made a cloping sound on the stones by the riverbed. There had been a few patches of snow here and there but they melted as she steped on them.

"I have been... searching for something. Quite a while ago something happened to me, and it's left a part of me constantly restless. I'm searching, trying to find whatever it may be that I yearn for." He sat down on his haunches, rose bud-covered tail half curling around his claws.

"What, may I ask are you looking for?" Larricka asked allowed "Perhaps I can help?" larricka sat in front of him. "How do roses grow in your tail?" Larricka was curious she hadn't seen such a phenomenon before, flowers on a fire wyrms tail, normally they would die and burn from the heat the wyrm emanates. The tilted her head curiously.

"In truth... I have no clue what it is I'm searching for. My only hope is I'll know when I see it. Though I thank you for your kind offer." His green eyes flickered down to his tail, where the rose buds had remained. "I believe... they grow because I am part Earth. Although, being an incarnate of Spring must help."

Larricka nodded "Either way I still hope you find it." she said kindly. Larricka listened to the explanation of his roses. "That would explain a lot, and I thank you for making it warmer Jaro." The fire wyrm hated the cold above all else that and the wintry season, always so cold and dark, hardly any light and for only a few hours a day.

A flicker of a smile crossed his green snout. "Your welcome, Larricka." It almost took him by surprise by her thanks. Most people assumed it was Summer who warmed the land of Winter, but Spring was the one to melt all the cold snow.

Larricka smiled seeing his surprise obviously he hadn't been thanked like that before "I am not such fool to miss the subtleties, Summer keeps it warm for a while until fall brings cold winds from the north allowing winter to bring forth it's storms..." she paused for a moment "And then spring comes forth again."
Larricka raised her head to gaze at the cloudless sky, it truly was a lovely warm day.

"That is true..." Jaro smiled, as he watched Larricka for a moment. She actually seemed to understand the balance of seasons. His tail swished across the ground, leaving a trail of flowers in it's wake. His eyes floated down to the flowers, watching them as the slowly disappeared. But they were soon replenished with another sweep of his tail.

The fire wyrm lowered her head and stared back at Jaro with a smile. Larricka watched the flowers grow and then dissapear, "Never have I seen something like that." she said watching with deep blue eyes. "but of course I haven't seen the wyrmof spring before" she chuckled
