First test rp battle

this battle will be a test for the rpg rule set

Things to test:
npc actions
job system/mission
war fund generations

Federation strating point:
Side 4 space colony bunch's

Zeon strating point:
Granada moon base

Test objectives

Federation:
Federation are able to hold Side 4 for the whole battle
(rewared: fraction gets 15,000 war funds)

Zeon:
Zeon captrue Side 4 space colony
(rewared: fraction gets 15,000 war funds and each zeon ploit in the capture zone get 15,000)

also if you want to you may make a rp profile for rpg you will still get money for this battle but its up to you so we can keep track and update your profile if not and we see you still playing even during you haven't made a profile we will make one for you and update it
