i just got oblivion and it wont load my friend says i need a ram card and my bro says i need a new computer so can you help me

It could be your computer.
You might not have enough mental capacity on it... sweatdrop

It is a BIG game afterall...

What does your pc do when you try to play it?
does a little black box come up and then it says:

Oblivion had encountered a problem and needs to close.

Because if it does that, you need a new video card.
Thats what mine did until i got a video vard.
