Ooh, "bit" meaning story point? Beware, spoilers:
[When you find out about the whole party and Edea from the orphanage... In someways, I see how it wasn't a very good plot point, but I liked it anyway. Also, all of the comments and hints you get about Laguna and Squall...]
Also, it would be nice if you could make the title of the thread a little more descriptive, please!

I can't really say that I have a favorite bit.... perhaps the part where Squall thinks "I feel like a moron" or something along the lines of that.
Or any part where Sir Seifer Almasy shows up. (He's my favorite.)

I loved the exploration aspect, the fact that if you wandered off into one direction you'd find a chocobo forest and in the other was Odin's place. It just made the levelling up all the more rewarding I thought. Cuz you know the same screen of land gets boring to look at over and over whilst you level. lol

Not sure...but my favorite line is when Squall says "I will not be talked about in the past tense!" and he just yells it at everybody. Everyone else was thinking what the? That was funny...

Hmm...I like the part when Squall wakes up from a Laguna dream he had and says "I dreamt I was a moron" lol I haven't played the game in a long time, though, so I'm not sure what point it's at. In fact I think I'll go play it now biggrin

I like the first part where squall and rinoa danced.
I like the most is when they fight edea. I didn't know that edea was part of thier past.
Lastly, I like the part when they are fighting heart redface crying

As much as I loved FF7, and as much as it is a better game, FF8 is probably my personal favorite. Just started playing it again for like...the millionth time since I got it working on my xbox.
I really liked the interactive feeling with the battle system, using the Limit skills and GF boosting. And the graphics were to die for at the time. And I loved the soundtrack.

I love all the music!! the music in general is a little more darker and just adds to the creepiness of Edea's castle
An awesome part is when you get to the underwater battle facility, fighting Bahamut and Ultima Weapon...especially when you get Eden and then kick Ultima's @$$ with Lionheart (that image, of me beating it for the first time, is ground into my head for all eternity!)
Another cool part is fighting Tiamat and just learning that Tiamat was a gf turned evil by Ultimecia.
and ultimately fighting the big baddie herself Ultimecia through all of her forms (griever was the hardest!)

lol, well i think my fave part is the very end or the part where Squall and Rinoa get stuck in space.....Squall pretends he doesn't love her, but he does.........it's cute........

space. everything they do in space is my favorite part of the game. and then the whole rescueing Rinoa from being frozen thing *sigh*................ i love those parts.......... heart xd whee
