I will be selecting three moderators very soon. I have two selected...but I'm torn between a couple people for the last one.
The mods will be selected based on activity, relevant contribution, apparent modding ability, eagerness, personality, swimsuit, and evening gown.

~Application instructions and outline of responsibilities~
Positions Currently Under Consideration:
Please specify in your post which position you would like! You may apply for both, but any one person will only recieve one position.
Picture Post Mod:
(I already have Kumori Fujin under consideration to possibly fill the position, but others are welcome to get on the list, too.)
The picture post moderator's job would be to:
1. Edit posts to remove inappropriate or misplaced content (please leave notification of removal with reason for removal, to avoid argument or discrepancy. Ex: [Image removed for inappropriate content] - Pic Post Mod. Or [Image removed because it was in the wrong thread] - PPM
2. Keep picture threads neat and organized
3. Update the guild photobucket (a feature that I will be introducing soon-ish)
4. Report people who have posted rule-breaking content to the captain.
5. Reign in and report to the captain any rule breaking, abusive arguments or flaming.
6. Set a positive example, and do your best to be fair to all members.
After a suggestion by Kumori Fuijin, I've decided to eliminate the postion of pic post moderator, in favor of an RP moderator position. I'll be handling the picture post, at least for now, anyway. Soo...
RP Moderator
Kumori Fuijin is going to be in a trial period as RP moderator shortly, but everyone is welcome to get on the list.
Your job would be to:
1. Make sure all RPs follow both the ToS, and the Guild Rules.
2. Remove and report any material that violates either the ToS or the Guild Rules to the captain.
3. Keep the subforum at least moderately organized
4. Set a positive example, do your best to be fair to all members, and promote growth within the RP subforum.
One or two crew members:
Your job would be to:
1. Remove any material over pg-13 immediately, and report the poster to tha captain.
2. Move misplaced threads in the main forum to the appropriate subforums
3. Set a positive example, do your best to be fair to all members, and promote growth throughout the guild.

All moderators will be put on a trial period first, to see how they do as a mod. If I feel that they've done an adequate job (and my standards aren't that high, don't worry. =]), they will officially assume that position. These positions are not indefinitely permanent. You may be removed from your position without warning if it has been found that you are abusing your power in some way.

My bad that I wasn't in here sooner. I was posting more pics xd . Anyway yes, I am the one and wanting to be the picture post mod. I'll do my best, I promise! xd I always check all my guild too (I'm in a RP in my other guild. It's fun RPing.) and do the same thing. I update with all the pictures I have when somebody has commented on my pics or posted pics of their own. Pictures and pictures galore... Maybe I'm a picture whore too, but I want to share me pics too. ^-^ Pictures, pictures, pictures, that's why I am asking for that possision I guess. Heh. ^-^

I'll do my best, I promise! xd I always check all my guild too (I'm in a RP in my other guild. It's fun RPing.) and do the same thing. I update with all the pictures I have when somebody has commented on my pics or posted pics of their own. Pictures and pictures galore...
