Unknown, who didn't have any information Dr. Muscle except his name got quiet when Dr. Muscle showed up on stage, but then he began as Dr. Muscle was making his way down the ramp

"Down With The Sickness" hits the PA system as Cardok comes out slapping hands with fans. He goes down the ramp and rols into the ring. He goes up to every turnbuckle raising rocker signs and then jumps down to his corner.
