For now, since I'm at school, I have no time to work on it. But don't worry, I'll knock something together tonight. It's based off an old Adventure RP that I was part of in the Nintendo Power Forums back when I was younger. It was a Team Rocket RP, and you were given a choice of Pokemon you could catch with each mission you completed. However, if the RPing was not up to the Admin's and Boss's liking, you were kicked out of Team Rocket and could not come back. It's simply the best way to do it.
Anyway, no posting yet. PM me with a sample of your RPing style if you think you have what it takes to be an Admin of Team Rocket!

For many years now, Team Rocket has been synonymous with thievery, corruption, and cruelty. Recently however, after naming his successor and stepping down from heading Team Rocket, Giovanni left and was never heard from again. His successor, Vespra Morton, decided to reinstate the Rockets, not as a force of evil, but as a private club of Pokemon trainers with a certain mindset about the world and the creatures inhabiting it. New rules were set up, in part to protect the Pokemon of the Trainers, and to protect the Trainers themselves from rival Teams in other lands such as Hoenn and Sinnoh. However, Team Rocket still participates in the abduction and theft of Pokemon today for the benefits of power and profit.
Hello, Trainer! I'm Vespra Morton, current Team Boss of Team Rocket. This, Iselda Island, is our homebase. No doubt one of our recruiters saw you battling and gave you the chance to come here. Know that this is an honor extended to few, so please think over this decision carefully. If you choose to become a Rocket, you will never have to worry about money again. Pokemon will be laid at your feet for the catching, and you will live comfortably here on this island in a room all your own. However, in exchange for all this, you would be expected to do certain errands, steal certain Pokemon, and generally help the Team. After all, that's what a Team is all about, teamwork!
In any case, if you for any reason decide not to join us, well, there's nothing much to do except send you back to the mainland....after you leave all your Pokemon here with us, of course. No hard feelings, just call it payment for the trip over here, hmm?
