This is just a general tutorials site,
but I've found it to be SO useful!!
It's a place where users post links
to tutorials on other sites,
and you can rate them and stuff.
A classmate introduced me to it
last year... But yah, it has both
Photoshop and Gimp, as well as
pretty much all Adobe programs,
Macromedia, Flash, and 3DSM...
