too many one-of's as well.
Just what is the strategy to this deck anyways? It looks like a bunch of random cards thrown together. I don't see any consistency or strategy. Please tell us what it's supposed to do.
I see an Ur-Dragon, but only one dragon for it to fetch... That makes no sense.

Work in progress works.
What strategy are you trying to follow with this deck? That would be the first step towards finding ways to improve it.

1. there is only one card with a multiple. 2. five colors, that usually only works in a sliver deck, even then it's limited. 3. five colors.
Anyway, firstly, choose two or three colors, then from those colors choose a theme you want those to perform. some hints
W: weenies B: removal, hand control U: mother may I? G: ugg me smash R: burn

ok i get the idea its just i got this Time Spiral deck for Christmas and i didnt know wat to do with it. so i took the best cards from my old deck and stuck them in there. now, it sucks even more. should i stick with my old green and white? i went with five colors because i hadnt tried that before and because all the other five color decks i played against with my old deck owned me. tell me the two best colors i should use and ill take it from there.

you can work a 5 color deck, but you need multicolor cards. like the others said you have too many single copy cards, you need more consistency. Id say take out at least one of each of the lands. you can use that opened up space for some increased consistency. Try some land giving artifacts, like the ravnica signets. I would also suggest that if you use many single color cards, make them low in cost.
