This is a gigantic conference with the size and shape of a baseball stadium. This is where the villages gather to discuss international issues and debate on possible outcomes. This area is heavily gaurded due to the fact that at any given time all the Kages could be here. Each Kage has thier own ANBU surrounding them to ensure safety, there are barriers, traps, metal detectors, security, camras, and the most hightech searching equipment ever created. The giant barrier the encircles the Room dispells all genjutsu, leaving no room for any surprises...
The current Topic is War: Appearently there was an incident were the Tsuchikage and 2 gennin had problems, as this escalated 2 Sannin came to check on the problem. 1 of the Sannin made false aligations on the Tsuchikage and threatened him; whom is now highly offended. Feeling that Konoha has become improper and currupt, the Tsuchikage considers war, to erase Konoha and thier imperfections form the face of this world....

Sichani walked in not bringing the girl for her own safety and walked in looking at them.........
"move......" She said to a few anbu and they did letting her through........
"You want war, when one kid doesn't know what he is doing , another has a pledge to not let any of her teammates get hurt until death, and i was protecting my village?" She asked him sitting down looking at him.
"the genin didn't know, they are high tempered, one being somewhat like me.........and i don't mean the hyuuga....... they hyuuga is usually the resonable one..........truthfully we don't know what set the girl off........she is the top graduate, smart, strong for her age, and usually very quiet, b ut serious. Let the genin be please, if this is between more of u and me, then let us take a walk while they discuss.....please." She said quietly hoping to arrive to a solution.

Mitsuomi looked down at the girl as she spoke...
"You say it's not thier fault and you were just trying to protect the village right? You said one of them was a top student right? In all the academies, students learn about the different villages and the leaders of the villages, to keep things like this from happeneing... Appearently your top notch student didnt study enough, and if she was the best, that says alot about how the gennin are developing in your village. Your a Sannin correct? Then you are a represenitive of this village, every action you take it reflected on this village as well. Its your job to discern the truth from any situation and act accordingly, yet you did niether. first you disresectfully adress a superior to you, then without thinking it out, jumped to the conclusion that i was heartlessly assaulting gennin for no reason, then to top it of, you said that in the name of Konoha you'd kill me... Your the worst one of the 3, for what you did alone you should be stripped of your title and hanged..."

"In 17 days the chuunin exams begin... I will not risk war during such an important time. Immediatley after the exams I will come back and evaluate you, those gennin and the rest of this village, then and only then will I decide to go to war or not..."

"then so be it, if prevents the war, and you don't hard those two genin, go ahead and kill me." She said as the anbu moved closer ready incase a fight or arguement started to break out and ready to grab Sichani if her beast broke out from anger.

One of the anbu went up to her that she knew and put his hand on her shoulder to keep her calm.....
"let it be, for now it will be avoided, we can't risk losing another sanin right now...." he whispered to her holding her shoulder tight.......
"That isn't up to me." She said to the anbu.
