A lot of people eat soon before they go to bed, right? One, stop doing that. Two, eat a lettuce sandwich on white bread about half an hour before you go to sleep. For me, after a month I had literally lost twenty pounds and went down two sizes in jeans.

Iceberg lettuce=no nutritional value white bread=no nutritional value + major carbs and processed flour.
Unhealthy.

I never said that kind of lettuce.
Anyway, lettuce sandwiches calm your mind and body to help you sleep a full, good rest. It helps your body digest better throughout the day.
