1. Who was the first person to know that Buffy was the slayer?
Giles knew before anyone else knew (though Xander & Willow were basically told; Giles knew already).. so Giles.
2. How does Buffy die the first time?
Buffy drowned in Season 1
3. Who was Drusilla`s sire?
Angelus.
4. Who was William`s sire?
Drusilla/Dru.
5. How does Spike kill the annointed one?
The classic snapping neck routine.
6. What was the name of the goddess in season 5?
Glorificus/Glory.
7. How does Buffy die the second time?
Well, in Season 1, technically she dies, but not really...? Well, the Master snaps her neck. But the real 'second time' she dies is at the end of the 5th season when she jumps into a portal to save Dawn (her sister/the Key).. and all of that. She doesn't really actually go into the portal, and she actually dies by hitting the ground.
8. What was the name of the episode in season 6 where they were all singing?
Once More, With Feeling.
9. What made Willow turn into dark willow?
Willow was depressed - and angry at Warren (the brightest one of the nerds/most "evil"), because he shot and killed Tara..although he really didn't mean to, he meant to kill Buffy, but he had very bad aim and shot Buffy, but shot higher which went through the window and shot Tara.
10. In season 7 why does everyone leave sunnydale?
Everyone leaves Sunnydale because Spike sacrificed himself for Buffy (although he is resurrected in Angel. Joss Whedon needs to let go of his characters!), la la la, and basically kills all of the evil (in Sunnydale only, LOL), and it gets blown up - the entire town.
11. What character in the scoobie gang dies at the end of Buffy?
Anya. And Spike, although he really isn't a member, because he only hangs out with Buffy - like Tara dies, & only hangs out with Willow (and Dawn).
12. Where do they all move to after the hellmouth is gone?
Paris and Italy? I think? I haven't seen that Angel episode in a long time. I forget, there was some thing about Angel and Spike being pissed at "Buffy's new boyfriend".

LOL, "destroid". The Hellmouth gets destroyed by the necklace Buffy gave to Spike (that Angel gave to Buffy before that) causing spike to shan shu which blows up the town magically. Or something.

Haven't seen the episode in a long time, I thought she was holding it and put it on the bus?

Drusilla. Although he calls Angel his sire in the episode "School Hard"

He traps him in a cage, and raises him up on a pully to be scorches in a sunny window
