No. There are reveiws, then there are private messages. Although sometimes if you have the review alert on, the site sends you your review in an e-mail.
What do you like abour NaruMizu? (I like knowing these things so I can put more of that into my story.

I like NaruMizu because both of them can find comfort in eachother from the discrimanation of others
i also like LeeEnkai because Lee finally found someone who doesn't make fun of his looks at first sight. Plus, they look so cute together!
