Any advice on how to build endurance? sweatdrop
I've begun to bike at a moderately intense rate and well, I want to do it for an hour each day but I get tired after 15-30min.
Maybe there are some ways to help build my endurance?
Thanks for any help. heart

Starting intense is a very bad thing. You could injure yourself!
Start slowly. Bike for ten minutes three days a week. After a while, starting going fifteen to twenty; see if you get tired. Keep building up the same pace and eventually you'll be able to go an hour without tiring. Then start doing it more days a week.

Covered-Up Boxers makes the exact point I was going to: start slowly and build up. There's no real way to jump-start your endurance level, but there are ways to help work around it.
Alternate exercises. Jog, swim, little things like that. Start small and work your way up gradually. As your muscles begin to strengthen and your body adjusts to increased levels of activity, you'll find the biking easier; try activites that are going to get you using your legs in different ways. wink
