I got the same thing as Lost. From what I can tell, it means something like "maybe you have a sexuality, but right now it's only with yourself" type thing.
This is what Wikipedia told me. Hah, I was right! Woo.
"Autosexuality is sexual desire toward one's own body. As a paraphilia, autosexuality refers to people whose primary sexual interest is with themselves. It is rare for individuals to be sexually attracted only to themselves. It is also used to describe someone who prefers masturbation over partnered sex."
