SENPAI LOVE!

Yes, our senpai bands need as much loving as our Juniors. They are the ones who came before KAT-TUN, NewS, and everyone else. Thanks to them Johnny's has gone on and on for a looong time, ne? Discuss songs, concerts, photos, and anything that has to do with senpai bands here! ^__^ Also, since I don't know a lot about some of the senpai bands, I would love if others could contribute and maybe help by donating profiles and info I can add or what not. Tackey & Tsubasa

Tackey & Tsubasa (タッキー&翼) are a Japanese idol duo from Johnny & Associates. Its members are Hideaki Takizawa and Tsubasa Imai. Takizawa, sometimes nicknamed "Takki", is best known for his drama works, and Tsubasa for his dancing ability. These two are also known for their frequent signs of being an ideal couple. There is so much proof there in plain sight that they love each other, people wonder why they don't just...get married.

In late 1995, V6, a new Johnny's idol group, debuted. Three major things distinguish them from the pack. First of all, they're subdivided into two groups. The older three make up the group 20th Century (ToniSen), while the younger three make up Coming Century (KamiSen). The guys sometimes act as V6, and sometimes as a subgroup. V6 is produced by Avex Trax, the label that also has Hamasaki Ayumi, Amuro Namie and countless others. But most importantly, Avex Trax is home to the Super Eurobeat series, making them the place to go for good techno music. Therefore, many of V6's songs, especially the early ones, had a definite dance/techno beat. V6 are simply amazing performers. They sing, they dance, they perform acrobatics and magic... and that's only within the first few minutes of their concert! Even beyond their skill, though, they're honestly funny guys.

SENPAI LOVE~! <3

Arashi- I absolutely LOVE this band. To me I think they are the most closely bonded group. They've done dramas together and they are just hilarious together (and are not afraid to be literally close to one another.... Nino's kissed everyone, ne?)
TOKIO- Their music makes me all happy inside! <3333
V6- Honestly the group I know least about.
Kinki Kids- The first Johnny boys I saw. I saw them when I looked up Gackt videos and apparently he was a regular in their show.
Tackey & Tsubasa- The epitomy of senpai hotness!
SMAP- If you've never heard of these guys, you're NOT a true JE fan. It's amazing how much they've done and who they've met and where they've been! <3 Oh and their song "Arigatou" was stuck in my head for the longest time. It makes me happy. X3

I know all these bands, but not as much as NewS or KAT-TUN themselves. However, I'm getting more and more into Arashi. I think it was Hana Yori Dango that made me do that. The theme song for HYD2 Love So Sweet is just too awesome, I love it so much. <3333 I'm proud of myself too because I ALMOST have all the members down... xd xp

So, am I the only one watching Jun's drama Babimno! ? It's really good if there are any people who love to cook out there. Mostly Italian food, but yeah... xd It's not my favorite but it is rather cute. He is so full of himself like whoa in it though...just like in HYD. Hahaha. Also, anyone else listen to We can make it! yet? The PV was just too cute. I like the song too. Just to let those know, it's the opening/ending to Jun's drama again. ^^;;

At times I don't know which group I like more out of Arashi and Kanjani8. Arashi is like the super duper idols. They are so cool. They can get away with wearing horrid pink suits and aluminum foil outfits all the way to toooooo smmmaaallllll shorts (tackey's idea). They simply PWN. I love this group. Their music makes me high, especially Kittou Daijoubu and WISH. Besides they have one of my favorite guys in their. OHNO-KUN!!!! I like his voice and the way he dances and his child like face. And they have SHO. Truthfully I like them all. The only one I don't know much about is Aiba other then the fact that he and Yoko are like bestfriends (so Yoko says).

As for T&T. I'm like a really big Tsubasa fan. There is something about him that draws me to him. Tackey is the better Ero Ero dancer hands down but Tsubasa is the best dancer. They make the perfect pair and their music can prove it. Tackey is wonderful. I like how he follows his own set of rules and accepts a person for who they are (like jin). They don't force people to be another way. Besides forcing people is Da~me dame dame.

I really don't count T&T as people...I need to get to know. I knew about them and their music before JE. I didn't know they were in JE, I found out about them through InuYasha. I just thought they were new artists...boy was I wrong. xp So they have two new singles out, ne? ...or were Crazy Rainbow and DAME on the same single? o3o Now, I don't even remember. xD
