I thought I would create an example for everyone.
As you know I'm Kat, one of the guild heads. The last couple of days have been rather lazy. We did manage to kill of our debts so we are now debt free, but since then we, Kim and myself, have been lazing around, watching CSI and sleeping. I should get back to writing soon, my mind just doesn't seem to focus much.
I'm also reading Phantoms by Dean Koontz, it is an alright book, but it is making me realize that there really are no true rules to writing.
So I'll get back to writing myself soon enough. Right now working on ASD book 3 and will have something to show soon enough. Probably will not be able to post it here considering the content, *shrugs*
Well, enjoy the new subforum.

Today is yet another lazy day. It is cold as hell outside for some odd reason, even though it was warm few weeks. My mind still will not focus so I'll probably spend the day curled up with Kim. Currently getting Kim more eggs on Gaia so she can surround herself in more animals. I got all three chicks and already gave them to her. Now just working on some more.
Well, that is my day.

God, I feel so sick today. I've spent most of the day sleeping. I just checked around the boards and the like. Now I'm going to curl up with Kim and watch Daredevil on TV.
I hope everyone has a fun easter.

I still feel kind of weird, but have finally got back to writing again. I've been rather upset with myself for not starting ASD book 3 earlier. It has been over 5 months since I finished book 2 so I should have been working on this one a while back. I wrote about 10,000 words the other day and posted some of it online, but this is one of my stories that can not be posted on Gaia due to its complex nature.
Anyways, I've got to go. *looks at date* god, I turn 32 in 14 days. How the time flies...

Today has been one busy day. I started off with only two places to go, doctors and passport office, however by the end I traveled to 5 different offices and got a lot of work done. I dropped by the 519 to discuss a few things and then Xtra to talk about the upcoming Shoujo-ai Panel as Anime North. After that I journeyed to the doctors to get a copy of my blood work for my other doctor that I see on Wednesday. After that I walked from Wellesley all the way to Queen to find the Passport office, where I got no real info about what I was searching for. Lastly I dropped off at the H&R office to complain about a charge of $200 for taxes. It turns out that they ended up giving Kim the GST and are forcing me to pay back part of it because I made more then her. They were supposed to have me claim it, but someone screwed up and now we are in another annoying mess. Needless to say I have to fix this problem as well after all my other appointments this week. This is not fun.
In other news I posted corrections to Book 1 of ASD. Someone was nice enough to send me a bunch of edits for the story. One of these days I need to go over that book again because my style has improved a lot since writing that one. I've also been working on more of book 3 however with the busy schedule of the day I have not been able to edit much so will have to wait to post more.
I have two doctors appointments in the next two days so I don't know when I'll be able to post more, but I promise to have at least 6 chapters up before the end of the month. Just bare with me for a bit. I want to get these pages up as much as you want to read them.
Well that is the update for now. Oh, also Kim and I have been playing a cute MMORPG called Trickster recently. It is an interesting game that we can play on the old cluncker to we are able to play together. It has some neat features like building your own house that you can set up anywhere and open up to others sort of like a chat system and other things that are alot of fun. If any of you are interested in joining us you can find the game at www.tricksteronline.com and it is completely free to join and play. It is sort of like Gaia in a way, where you can pay for special equipment, but are not forced to pay for anything. If you see characters named KatWilliams or KimWilliams that would be us. We are usually traveling together so if you see one the other shouldn't be far behind.
Anyways, That is it for now.

god, I have written 24,000 words in the past week. That is twice the usual amount I write in a given month, which is why I haven't been around much as of late. I have a physical on Wednesday, which I'm not looking forward to at all, and my birthday is at the end of the month so it is going to be a busy last few days of the week. I hope to get back to things on the forums later on... when I find the time.

Thanks Fire Scares, but as you will see there is no break for me. This has been one busy week. To tell you what has been going on I need to go back to last Friday. You see I promised Kim she could get a small dog when we could afford it. She has been looking at the Humane Society website for the past few months, trying to see if anyone dropped off a small dog. Well, on Friday they posted photos and a small video of a black Pomeranian puppy of only 9 weeks old. She was all excited because she really wanted a Pom Pom, I still can't believe they call them that. Well, I promised to get her a dog so I called the number and left a message, but no one replied. So the next day I called again, still nothing. Monday Kim was kind of upset about not hearing from anyone so I decided we should go down there ourselves and find out what was up. We rushed to the Humane Society and tried to find someone to talk to. We finally found someone in the small animals section that told us the dog was still there, but there was a long list of people applying. We asked if we had any chance and she said Yes, if we filled out the entire form completely. So we spent the next while filling out the forms as carefully as we could and brought it to the person in charge of dogs. She claimed we had a good chance, better then most, and that if we got passed the screening we'll hear from them in a few days. Well, then next day the dog was off the website and Kim was even more upset. So being myself, and not liking my sweetie unhappy, I decided to check out the pet shops. PJ's Pets was having a deal on puppies, if you spend $999.99 on a dog you get $200 in dog supplies. I figured with our credit cleared that we could afford to pay a couple of hundred now and get the rest on credit until we could pay the next month. After calling 6 different PJ's we found only one had a Pomeranian and it was black too. However, someone had asked for them to hold the dog and they had until 6 pm to come get it or the hold was removed. So we were told to call back in at 5 after 6 to find out if the dog was still there. We waited until 6 and called back to see if the person had picked up the dog. They hadn't so we rushed out again and hoped that we would get there before the other person did. This took almost an hour and was rather stressful. We managed to get to the pet shop and the dog was still there. They showed her to us and she was adorable. We wanted her right then and there. So we filled out more forms to apply for the line of credit and waited an hour with the pup, with fingers crossed. However, the computers have yet to be updated about our payments so our credit was still bad and we could not get the dog. They told us that we could called up the Credit Agency in the morning and find out what was going on and they would hold the dog until then next day. We went home in tears. We planned to called the Agency and see what the hell was going on. It had been well over a month since our payments went through and we were told that our credit would be cleared because we payed off the debt so quickly. I set the alarm for 8 am, seeing as it was already too late to call, and phoned them first thing. It turned out that things were moving a little slowly and it would take another week or so to have everything cleared up. Great... That Pomeranian would be gone before then so we didn't know what to do. We had a doctor's appointment for later that day, Thursday by now, both of us had full physicals and myself needing a shot. Nether of us were in a very good mood about seeing the doctor to begin with, never mind the whole thing with the dog, but we decided to make the best of things and drop some old gaming stuff off at a used gaming shop and see what we could get, plus Kim said I could get a Birthday present so I was thinking of looking for either Fatal Frame 3 or another Teddy Scares. We went downtown and dropped by the game shop first where we picked up a DS game called "Hotel Dusk: Room 215", which looked like an interesting game. After that we started toward our doctors when I remembered a pet shop at Church and Wellesley called “Feed me more” that sometimes has puppies, not many but it was worth a look. Kim was still down about the other two dogs and didn't know about going inside but agreed to take a look. There we saw the cutest little toy poodle for only $800, Kim originally wanted a toy poodle in the first place. While the other two dogs there were yapping away this one just sat there quietly. Now the day before I added up how much we had that we could spend if we wanted to get a dog and $800 was about it so if we got the dog we could not get it anything for him to eat or even a leash. While we were looking at the dog the man working there came up to me to see if we were interested. I told him about the story of the past week and that we would love the dog, but we probably could not afford it. He told me that the dog was 6 months old and the owners might be willing to come down on the price if we gave him time to talk to them. I told him about our Doctor's appointment and he said for us to think about things and come back later. So we talked it over on our way to the doctor's, which turned out to be an alright visit, I don't need new glasses, however Kim does need new ones and I still needed my shot... *sighs* On the way back we stopped by the pet shop again and we talked to a young lady about the dog. We told her that the problem was that we could not afford to get the dog anything if we payed that much for him. So she talked to the owner and they decided that we could take the dog for under $800 and they would include pet supplies into the deal. Happily we got a leash, harness, shampoo, food, sleeping mat and they gave us his old toys. I was so glad I could feel myself about to cry. We ended up walking the dog from Wellesley station to Spadina station, a 3 hours walk. The dog was so frightened of cars that we took all the side roads we could and carried him a good part of the way, weighed him today to find out he is about 12 pounds, so it was not a easy walk. He loved being carried by the two of use, but mostly Kim and would hide between her legs whenever a car drove by, it was the cutest thing. He finally got used to the cars after a while and we decided to take the subway home the rest of the way. He was great on the subway and is so friendly. Today was the first day we took him out for a walk. We decided to take him out 3 times a day and try to train him to go outside. Polly is not pleased with us getting a dog, but he is getting us out more and we need that. Today we took him for a 1 hour walk in the morning, then a 4 hour walk in the afternoon because we had many things to do at the bank and getting groceries, lastly another hour walk at night. We are both beat and our bodies ache everywhere, we even got a sunburn from being out for so long. *sighs* When I went to get something for the burns people were so surprised that we got burnt on a day like today. Five people looked at me in surprise because of my red face and neck. I guess it is not common for people to get burnt in 15 degree weather. So now I have to rework my schedule and stop being a night owl. I’m thinking of trying to write after the afternoon walk or something like that and see how that works out. It is not going to be easy that is for sure. The doctor wants me to get away from the computer more because I’m getting back and shoulder pains on my right side so this will get me away more then normal that is for sure. So that is our adventure for the week. Hopefully our bodies will get used to the walking more soon because my feet hurt like hell. The hardest thing is going to be this summer, the heat was killer last year and they say it is going to be worse this year. Anyways, I need to get some sleep. Here are some photos of the pup for now. We’ll have more to show at a later time. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v638/theredwolf_/floofies/Doggies/Oh, by the way, we named him Buddy. Jaa ne Kat

esterday was yet again a busy day. It was hot as hell out there, but we had a lot to do. First was Kim's Allergy/Asthma appointment, which went by rather smoothly. Nothing seemed to be wrong there, which is great news. Then off to get her blood work done, I decided to not eat along side of her so it would be more encouragement, but it was well over 12 hours by the time we got there *sighs*. We will not be able to learn the results for a couple of weeks, but I hope they are good. After that we ended up searching for a KFC to get something to finally eat. The one we found did not even serve chicken of all things, well then served chicken sandwiches and popcorn chicken but no legs or anything like that. We finally decided to eat there anyways because we were too hot and really needed something to eat.
We stopped by several video game shops in search for Fatal Frame 3, but had no luck finding anything. Finally we arrived at the Future Shop to see about getting our Laptop repaired. Something was wrong with the DVD burner so it needed to be replaced. After standing around for a while as we showed the Tech. person what was wrong we are informed that they have to send it to Toshiba to get it fixed and may not have the thing for 1 to 2 months. *cries* Our poor laptop. So we are stuck using the other computer for now. At least I can type on this one, but no art work will be able to be done for a while. This also means I have to use Drew's computer if I want to update the website, which needs an update that is for sure.
After a long walk in the heat I went back out with Drew to the mall to get some milk and ended up going all the way to the larger mall, using the small scooter we got a year before. It was fun, but my leg hurt afterwards and I was over heated. We got more KFC for dinner, I felt we deserved it after everything we got done, and by the time I got home I was dead. My entire body hurts like hell. *sighs*
Oh, the other day we saw a interview with the cast of Evil Dead the Musical and it looks great. Silly as ever and if you are in the first two rows you get splashed with buckets of blood. The singing is silly, but consider they are making a musical of such a silly film the songs we saw sort of worked. I really want to go, but it is closing in August so not likely to happen. To bad.
Well, I'm going to rest a bit today and maybe do some writing later.
