OK, I found a nifty livejournal of someone who's got a campaign going to get people to email Square Enix about releasing Final Mix outside of Japan. You can read it all here, so I won't repeat everything from it, but it sounds like it might actually be getting somewhere! So please check it out and email Squeenix at support@square-enix-usa.com to let them know you're interested!

but why not just import it i mean common i import games all the time ^^ frys does it for me sometimes ^^ and certain websites and i bet they will have i at AX for you to buy even if tey imported it ^^

Woot! Ya know, I found a 2GE+HER campaign just like this a while ago. It had a list of over five thousand people who had e-mailed MTV to bring the show to DVD. It failed, because MTV is the worse channel to have ever been created. But maybe this will actually work!

Itachi: If all else fails, I probably will have to import it. But since I don't understand Japanese, I would really rather have it released in English. Importing means I'd probably have to buy it online, which my parental units aren't too trustful of, plus getting one of those swap magic thingies Ryu was talking about in the other thread. So yeah.
Death: Aww, that's too bad about 2GE+HER. But yeah, this might work if all us KH obsessed fans come together!
