Woah. Haven't been here for a while. Anyway, I've lost 4kgs! In 2 weeks! WOW> I feel better. It's so good. I am doing a diet plan, but it's not a diet. Its not a fad diet anyway. It's a lifestyle change! It has chocolate and ice-cream and chips! Symply Too Good To Be True 5 is the book. It's got loads of delicious recipes, and the 4 week plan in the front. I just run for half an hour in the morning and skip in the evening. YAY>

Congrats on the effort.
Be careful not to burn yourself out that you are running 30 min every morning and skipping at night. If you start getting really tired, change it to alternating daily between the two.
Also, I've never heard of that diet, but I'm hoping it's a sensible one that has a variety of fresh foods, wholegrains and meat (or substitutes if you are a vegetarian).

Although, I think it's only Australian. Basically it aims to give you a moderation of all the stuff that gets people fat! So, when you finish the diet, you eat in moderation, and you don't balloon. And yes, it has many alternatives. It has tips at the bottom for diabetics, and vegetarians.
