No more candidates will be accepted that aren't aready in the character descriptions as of now. You can make some, I suppose, but they won't Impress.

The hatching will begin sometime tomorrow afternoon when I get home from school. So everything from the attack needs to wind down.

Since the changing of the Guild has removed the Edit feature for the mods, any posts that we would have editted ourself on account of... whatever will now be DELETED if the person doesn't edit it within a designated timeframe.

10/2/05(Yes, I'm a little late posting this. lol)- Okay, there's a few things today that I never got around to announcing, people, so bear with me please! ^_^
1. The Hatching is now COMPLETE! Congratulations to those with new dragonets, and as for those without, maybe next time you'll get one, folks!
2. The Rebel and Shining Heights Population threads have been updated due to the new Weyrling status. So if you're a bum and weren't around, or you simply couldn't get on the computer for whatever reason, missed the Hatching, and don't know if you got a dragonet, you can go there and avoid having to traipse through the long threads trying to find it. Should save you a little time.
3. I will be creating a new thread where people can post if you're going to be away for longer than a couple of days. PLEASE people, if you are going to be away for a while and know it, let us know. Otherwise we think you vanished off of the face of the earth and there is a chance that we- the mods- may decide to either make your charrie an NPC(so it's around for when you get back) or remove you from the guild(but only in EXTREME situations).
Also: the Edit feature has been returned, therefore we mods can now edit mistakes again and you have no fear of your posts being deleted. ^_^

11/13/05- Gaia Guilds has altered their group image settings dealing with images, thereby rendering our picture very very cut up. So! I went out and made a new miniature banner- temporary or permanent, not sure yet- for the guild. ^_^ Not dragon-based, I know, but we do kinda live in an island Weyr, so the cliffside/water seemed to fit.
The dimensions for new images are 200x40 pixels, if anyone feels like making a new, miniature banner for the guild. ^_^ Ta!

6/21/06- Separate threads have been created for different parts of Shining Heights, such as the Beach and the Weyrlake/Training Grounds. Be sure to put all your posts in the appropriate threads, folks! ^_^
Also, Gaia's new layout has provided us with new smilies, three of which I understand, and only one of which I really like:
burning_eyes <-- See? It's a little dude who is either A) being burned up from the inside or B) being charred by a dragon! mrgreen Although the ambulance flashing alarm thing is cool too. ^_^
So, yes, new threads, check it out.
