Yup, that little goodie is from the MG manuals, which also give us acronyms for U.N.T. Spacy (Under Normal Tactical SPecial Assortment Construction Yard) and CHOBHAM Armor (Ceramics Hybrid Outer-shelled Blowup Act-on Materials). The latter acronym strikes me as particularly superfluous, because Chobham Armor was developed in the 1960s by the British, and it was named after Chobham Common.
