Any innocence. Even the type that does not exist in the actual D.gray world! BE CREATIVE. Just make sure to give it a cool name, ok?
The avatar above me has the Innocence Moon Shroud, which grants it the power of invisibility.

Esdeath (S-te-th), when an innocence that was forged into a blade collided with the sword of an akuma, both combatants fell to thier knees as the blade comined to create a holy, as well as an unholy blade, that may change it innocents at will, to be good, or EVIL, MUHAHAHAHA!

I agree. I mean, Kanda's was a seriously kick-a** sword which summoned demon stuffs.
For you I'm thinking...
Mist Scythe! Not only is it great for lawn upkeep, it easily slices through akuma, turning them into a fine mist.
