I haven't seen many, but I do enjoy Gravitation, Ouran (which isn't really yaoi, but it's pretty close, lol), Gakuen Heaven and some others I'm probably forgetting.
Also, any suggestions for a yaoi? I prefer watching male love, but I find it hard to find.

I heart Fake, it makes me very sad that my copies are all packed up at home, there are serious disadvantages to going to uni sad Ryo is just the most adorable character.
I do own Gravitation, but after about volume 5 I stopped enjoying it so much, there is only so much crazyness that I can put up with, and it would have been nice to see the established relationship between Yuki and Shuichi developed much more, it more or less got forgotten.
I prefer yuri to yaoi, it was a revelation when I discovered Lililicious, and then recently Strawberry Panic and Maria Sama Ga Miteru - more than anything else I'd love to go to a Japanese Catholic boarding school whee

For example, is the art most important? Or romance, or characters, or..?
Do you want something that only alludes to a relationship? Or more?
You say watching, do you only want animated yaoi?
There are indeed fewer of those.. while manga and DJ flourish..

I kinda prefer animated yaoi, yes. I would prefer romance, characters, and relationship as most important. So something that does more than just allude to a gay relationship.

I love Gravitation, it was one of the first series that really got me into yaoi. But, I've also come to love Yami no Matsuei, Boku no Sexual Harrassment, FAKE, Tokyo Babylon, Boys Next Door, and some others that escape me right now.
I enjoy yuri anime, too, but I have trouble finding good ones. ^^;;
Utena is amazing, and Sailor Moon is pretty much yuri, so I suppose they count. 3nodding

Hm... I haven't seen a lot, I admit, but Kannazuki no Miko is one of my favorite animes of all time. Yuri. It's got every stereotypical element of anime: schoolgirls, mikos, mechs, anthropomorphist people... But at the same time, it doesn't feel at all overdone. It's just a really sweet love story, and the music is fantastic, too. ^^
