I'm sitting at the computer in the Best Western in Dayton! We're moving on to semi-finals in first place tomorrow!!! Excitment!!! Good luck to everyone here!

Congrats, Estelle!!!!!! heart
I'm kinda pissed we didn't even make it to semi-finals again this year, we were expecting to do so much better after our off-year/rebuilding year last winter. We really had one of our best and cleanest shows of the season, and I had my personal best. Everyone else has just gotten really good this year. eek
I don't know what happened to my school. We used to win. All our writers are from Pride, too, and they're the best winterguard in the world. domokun
*sigh* Oh, well. We'll make it next year. It's gonna be my senior year and I SO wanna make it. pirate
My fave show this year was Onyx World. Freakin beautiful. heart I cried.

I heart Pride. (I even have a shirt that looks like that.)
I heart Fantasia.
I heart Aimachi. (Yay Japanese! I got to meet one of them.)
I heart Rancho Bernado. (Their show made me really happy.)
I friggen heart JAMES LOGAN. Omg. Their show this year was amazing.
I did not get to see Scholastic/Independent Open and I had horrifically bad seats for Scholastic/Independent A. =[
Congrats to all that went!

ah, we didn't make it past prelims. oh well, it is what it is.
was anyone else disapionted by Pride? they had a rough run, and i think Fantasia should have won.
oh, and i lost my voice screaming for Aimachi. THEY WERE SO ******** AMAZING. eek

I love Aimachi, too. I got a shirt with my name on it in Japanese from them. heart They are amazing, and my pick for best uniforms of the season. *thumbs up*
James Logan was also really cool, and Avon is always impressive. My seat for Open class wasn't great, but my world seat was freaking awesome. I was really close and near the center. Rock on.
Did anybody see the school that did "The Shining"? They were a world guard, scholastic, I think, and they made semis but not finals. They're show was cool - fake blood everywhere. xd

I'm sorry, but I am so tired of Avon's show, I didn't even want to see it Saturday night. I hate their music, I hate their show. I mean, their skills are good, but I just hated them this year.
James Logan was amazing!! I seriously thought that they couldn't be human, but then I talked to a few of the girls in the Shopping Tent and was like OMG!! They're real people! I was more impressed with them then I was with Pride.
I really wasn't impressed with Fantasia, I guess when you do the hard stuff you're less impressed by it, but I do think they should have beat Pride. Pride's run was way to rough.
Me and all my friends from guard want to go to Japan and find them and be like "TEACH ME HOW TO DO THIS!!!" And wiggle our elbows like idiots trying to get them to show us the amazing baton thing.
Onyx Worlds show was pretty fun to watch, but I think my favorite show was Center Grove's honestly. I love watching their show, it was so entertaining everytime.

lol I cried for Amachi. they were wonderful. I'm sad I didn't get to see any of the scholastic guards. But I'm excited that my gruop got 15th ^-^ It was awesome that people liked the opening flag feature.
