Happy that you lost 1.5 pounds, but that's not healthy. You need to eat more than once a day. You can easily crash and burn dieting that way if you did that all the time. Your fuel supply is relatively low for the amount of DDR that you're doing. Your body will eventually go into starvation mode and store everything you eat as fat.
Aim for a caloric deficit by eating small balanced meals throughout the day and exercising consistently to burn off excess calories. 'Slow and steady will win the race.' I've lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks, but I have kept them off by consistently exercising and keeping my calories in check (for me it's no more than 1500 calories a day).
DDR sounds like fun, I haven't tried it yet...Take my suggestions with a grain of salt, but I hope your routine works out for you in a more healthier way.
