 I believe there called daffodils in english but I'm not sure another one of the underwear series ^.^ I'm really happy with how this one turned out! I love the bright colors so much, they make me feel all springish XD Media: acryllics on canvas See it on deviantart Yes the newer version of black lace is purple lace, I like this one a lot better, the composition and the colors apeal more to me. OK, I have to say that as much as I love daffodiles I don't care for the first one. Mostly because of the excessive use of the colour green, which is one of my least favourite colours, tho I can understand going for a spring feel and automatically thinking green and yellow. I personally prefer purples with yellow. I also can't say as the pose appeals to me... I don't feel the "underwear" theme so much as it could be a bra, could be a bikini top... who knows? Def not one of my favourites.  However, I absolutely adore the second one! I love the colouring, I love the pose, I love how the bikini undies fit and you can tell they are undies and not a swim suit bottom. The curves, arch of the back and leg position, along with the deeper more sensual colours (esp the purple) is both sexy and more erotic. 3nodding I def like this one much better!

I like both of them.
I have one small complaint about the first one, though... With the way she is holding the daffodils, you don't get to see all of the detail on the actual bra itself. And, pay no attention to Mysteh's critique, as she is totally biased by her insane dislike of the best colour in the world: Green! wink
I think you did a fine job on the perspectives and lighting, and I even liek the colour choices for each painting. You did a great job.

*Sticks tongue out at Robbeh* blaugh I may be more bias towards the uber best colour in the world PURPLE! but I am not bias against green. It has it's place! Just not in my rainbow! rofl rofl rofl

I must admit, green is also one of my least favorite colors to work with, I hardly wear green and I hardly paint green.
and I tried to give every painting a different feeling, and this one was more the... shy... passif, unconfident pic of them.

I never said old and wrinkly couldn't be awesome, because I agree that raisins are. However, PRUNES are also old, wrinkly and purple. mrgreen
