As it creeps away.

I wonder about the shadows that surround me.

If you could possibly be real.

That you’re not a myth,

And all about you is true.

Vampire, are you real?

Are you out in the shadows of the night?

Till dawn surfaces,

Are you out hunting?

Until the sun hits the earth,

Are you there?

Do you see the people longing for you?

Do you whisper death in the unattained ear?

And with the kiss of death,

Something I may long for,

Is it true that it doesn’t hurt?

Is it true that I could become just like you?

Where are you?

I’m curious to know,

Just how you may be like.

Is all that is said about you true?

The darkest spot in the shadows?
