Woods of the Sun and Stars A dense forest to the south of the Lunar Sanctum covering the majority of the peninsula. The trees of this sacred forest are said to grow with the blessings of the gods themselves, granting the forest an awareness of its own. Travelers give account to the forest being able to move its branches and roots and keep a traveler lost indefinitely within their confines. These woods were once the center of operations for a group of raiders and pirates who stole vast quantities of silver. Having hidden their treasure somewhere in the woods they returned one day to claim it only to be lost forever in the woods. The dead given life by their own greed still wander through these woods, protecting the treasure that is not rightfully theirs. Any who attempt to disturb the treasure suffer the wrath of the undead, any who disturb the forest suffer the wrath of the woods.

Sasha wandered through the forest, looking around despondently. She had been in this forest for one year, the annivarsary being today. She had sometimes seen poeple passing, but she had always gone out of her way to avoid them. She knew that their were ghosts their, but they seemed to realise that she didn't want their treasure, so they mostly left her alone. But now, she was gettin somewhat lonely from being the only alive human being in the forest.

As Sasha wandered through the forest, she looked down at the shard she had looped onto thread so that it hung like a necklace. She liked to look at it because then she didn't feel lonely. Shaking off the trance that she had inadvertantly fallen into, she went about getting her dinner. She kneeled by a creek and turne dover rocks, looking for crawfish. Finaly finding one, she held it triumphanttly up, then laughed at herself when she remembered that she would have to catch more than one to do anything.

((NPC post)) Slowly one of the trees creeps up behind her. This tree happend to be possesed by evil and was looking for a good meal. Though being a tree and very bulky at that it made alot of noise. sticking out mostly from the other trees it has a sickly look to it as well as no leaves.

Sasha felt an odd prickling in the back of her neck, and turned around to see what was wrong. Her instincts had gotten better and so she trusted them more. When she turned around, she felt her eyes bulge out at the sight of the evil tree coming towards her. She panicke3d slightly before she got herself under control, and looked around for something to defend herself with. Then, smacking herself on the headfor her stupidity, she held tuightly onto her shaerd and thought about becoming something big, like a bear. She shook out her new limbs, and snarled at the tree before charging at it with her claws extended and sinking them deep into its bark and shreding it.

((npc post)) The Tree shreeks as its bark is ripped off. it Shoves at her trying to push her away its other branches singing wildly at her.

Sasha was tired of being alone, and running away to nowhere but this cursed forest, and now a tree was attacking her?! Sasha just couldn't hold back anymore. She poured all of her anger into her moving front paws. Shredded bark was flying everywhere, and the tree was making weird noises, but she just kept on shredding.

((NPC Post)) The evil tree could no longer take the pain as it tried to escape her anger. It didn't last long as the rest of its body was ripped to shreads. the pices twitched on the ground for a few moments then desolved into the ground leaving witherd grass where it once lay.

A faint sound could be heard, like a low rumble as Aria approached, until finally she stopped moving on the wave of sound she had created. Her face was flush and her short white hair looked even rougher than normal but she was smiling and laughing all the same.
"God I missed that. Now where am I?"
As she had moved she had heard the most interesting thing coming from this place, a soul producing a sound like all of natures fury. Turning round she saw a strange creature through the trees. From the looks of it, it had just finished goring whatever was unfortunate to disturb them.

Sasha hadn't realised that the tree thing was dead until she had started clawing up dirt. She looked up and took in her surroudnings again, but felt confused when she heard a low rumble. She looked around before realsing that it was coming form the girl who had just stopped in the clearing. Sasha frowned, not used to real, alive, humans. She smiled, and then reailsied that probobly would look somewhat threataning from someone else's view point, so she concentrated, and then Chanhed back into a human girl. "Hi! my name's Sasha, what's yours?" She asked, delighted to be talking to someone who could understand her.

She stood and watched as the creature's blood lust faded and smiled to herself at it's confused expression. The animals of this world were strange looking things, at least they were more intelligent than humans. She was about to leave it to it when she saw something odd, the animal changed. Staring for a moment a huge smile suddenly broke out on her face, and a glint of amusement in her eye. So the sound did come from here.
"Hello I'm Aria Da Capo, that was very impressive just there. How did you do it?"

Sasha smiled again, but frowned at the question. She didn't know quite how she Changed, only that she could. "I think it has something to do with this shard" she finally answered, holding up the shard in question. She shrugged and dismissed it from her mind, concentrating back on the fact that she was talking to a human. "Do you want something to eat?" She asked. "I was just catching some crawfish, i know a really good way to make them!"

At the sight of the shard she confirmed what she suspected, this trust was amusing, she could just ask her but where's the fun in that. She hadn't fully stretched her powers in too long.
"Why thank you chicky, your very kind."
Aria walked up to the girl and looked around.
"So what what are these crawfish things? Some kind of creature?"

Sasha smiled, and led Aria over to the creek and starting turning over rocks. Finaly, under one she found what she was looking over. She held up the squigling many legged thing and said "This is a crawfish." WIth that she added it to the pile of others and decided that she had neough. She picked them up and wrapped them in the worn and tattered shirt she had attempted to mend and started back towards her 'home'. It was a little sheltered nook surrounded by trees. When she arrived, she kindled the embers she still had and started a fire. She knew that it was dangerous to have even a banked fire going, but it was always took her forever to start one again.

Aria watched as Sasha pulled a wiggling thing out from under a rock. Her nose instantly wrinkled with disgust.
"Ugh... and you people eat those?"
She followed the girl back to the spot she had obviously set up shelter. Humans were funny in the way they live, setting down roots, even when traveling they claim spaces as there own. Ah well better now than never, don't want to start pitying the thing. Aria stretched her arm's upwards to accompany a yawn, she changed the sound, sending it through the earth towards Sasha's feet allowing the waves to sound through her body. She kept sending low relaxing sounds as she walked over to her and wrapped one arm around the girls waist and placed her other hand upon her head.
"Hush Chicky, sleep, let me see your thoughts."
