For example, instead of using regular ground beef to make burgers, I use ground turkey. A cup of ground beef is 353 calories, with 25 grams of fat, alternatively a cup of ground turkey is 295 calories, with 16.5 grams of fat.
You can also substitute ground turkey in spaghetti, hamburger helper, taco meat, and lasaugna.
