This floating fortress above the sea has been around for as long as there has been scrolls recording history on Gaia-ante. Many have theories about why its there but very few know the truth about this place. Even fewer have set foot on its lofty top and even fewer still have come back to tell about it. What is known about Strife is that its impossible to reach by boat. A giant whirlpool drags any would be explorers to a watery grave. Many have tried an aerial approch only to be blasted into the sea by a powerful downdraft caused by the vortex under the Fortress. As of late the vortex under Strife has calm and as a result the powerful downdraft has lessened to a soft breeze. Its unclear how long this will last as all records say the vortex has never slowed down.

Locations inside Strife
Alpha Tower: Unknown what the true name of this building is many call it the Alpha tower because its the tallest one on Strife. From what people have observed through telescopes the tower and the base that it sits on is made completly out of brass. As for the top of the tower its made out of a shiny metal, like silver or polished steel, and the large door is thought to be made out of pure gold. Thus why many lose thier lives trying to get to its heights.

Beta Tower: This tower is also made from the same materials but is a great deal shorter than its bigger brother. There is what looks like a corridor that connects the two towers. From what observers have noticed the Beta tower doesn't seem to have an entrance so it is assumed that one enters the Alpha Tower to get to the Beta Tower.

Brass steps: Many observers have done their best to see into the corridors that lay wide open on the top and bottom of the stairway. From what they gather the smallest building is on the top, the one with the three silver pipes leads to the opening on the top of the stairs. As for what is inside the corridor that leads to the floating rocks... no one can see into the pitch blackness of what lies past the entrance.
