The lunar sanctum was built thousands of years ago. It stood before the Great War, and even before the creation of the crystal. This was the sacred ground that was used to create the very first Demon. It was meant to create a God to help Gaia prosper for generations to come. However this dream turned dark with one misworded incantation that brought havoc into the world. The first demon was created because of this. Although he was eventually sealed away this area is a dark, and haunting place to lurk.

The Sanctum begins with the Staircase, which reaches up about 200 feet. At the base are statues of strange and eerie creatures, most resembling gargoyles, goblins and other demonic creatures. The base is full of debris and looks partially in ruin. The second platform located above the base is in much worse condition. Large chunks of debris lay strewn about. Skeletal remnants are also visible on the ground. There are a few statues located on the second platform. These are the statues of the Demons created by the First Demon. Once he was sealed his minions were paralyzed into stone. They were placed backed at the sanctum. And Finally after the second platform is a long spriralled stair case to the third and final platform. This is were the First Demon was summoned. The summoning circle remains complete and is only visible during a full moon. There is also a casket in the center of the Circle. No one knows whats inside of it for the lid is to heavy for any mortal to lift, even with the help of powers from shards and magic.
