Okay, we all know you have your own lyric interpretations. Because, some of Kyo's lyrics are just fantastically weird. Screw Centigrade-j, I want to hear what YOU think. BOOYAKA!

I would get suspended for s**t like that. xd Excessive masturbation, cocaine, ejaculation on a wall... People would wonder what would be wrong with me. The harshest I could analyze would be Yurameki, Room 304, or Yokan.
If I had a choice though... Saku, Tsumi to Batsu, and ZAN. My loves. ninja

Does anyone else relize that Kyo uses a lot of the same referances in the same songs? I mean...Cherry Blossoms, 4 o'clock in the morning...He even mentions something about his left ear. Anyway, maybe he lies during interviews...But, maybe he tells us bits of truth in his lyrics whee

To each their own. What do you mean by that? Sorry if I sound ignorant for asking but when you say that It just doesn't make sense to me....O.o;;; To me I guess alot of the songs speak for themselves. I mean the words are so powerful that it doesn'tleave much for me to interpret...They just seem to make sense to me....

Berri-san, I think what Child Prey means is that each person will obtain a different intrepretation of Kyo's lyricism. And I think that's the greatest part about art. It can be looked at in so many ways.
Has anyone discussed the lyrics to "Berry" yet?

Has anyone discussed the lyrics to "Berry" yet? mm- what she said. =3 I didn't mean anything nasty by it. ^^; heh- my friend 'nanna did an oral report on violent lyrics in her speech class, and she started it with the opening to "Berry". You can imagine the reactions. (especially when it's coming from a cute little Vietnamese girl)

xd HECK YES! You should tell her I give her props, seriously.
The reason why I bring up the "Berry" lyrics are because the opening voice sounds like it is definitely a girl, and yet, all the "I" lyrics in the song are "boku," which is the masculine form of "I." The last time this was discussed not many people could decide, then, if the child in the song is indeed a girl or is actually a little boy.
I feel it's a little boy, personally...

I don't know. I always thought of it as a girl because of the opening but the "boku" pretty much makes it a boy. Plus, during the part where the mom and dad are yelling at their child, there's a dog barking in the background when the song clearly says that it's supposed to be a cat.
*me and my friend listening to Berry* me: That's a cat, you know. friend: Yeah, my cat goes woof woof too.
I think it makes the song more sinister to have a little girl saying that she's going to kill you. Most 9 year old girls aren't thinking about blowing people's heads off. It's almost like you expect it to be a guy saying that sort of thing. But yeah, I think the song is actually sung from the perspective of a boy.

Kyo's to masculine to sing 'watashi'. At least, he thinks so. (Kawaii kunai! >:O) It's a girl, though. When the father yells at her he says; "SHUTUP, Shutup. Omygosh would you just SHUT HER UP?!" her = girl
