Greed, because he's the one himunculi that hasn't done something to get on my nerves. Also, he's the only one who didn't want to work with the "Father"/Hohenheim lookalike. (But... I could be wrong sweatdrop i haven't read that far stressed )
And the pictures i've seen of Wrath are soooooooooo cute, so he's my 2nd favorite. heart

Hmm...I'm gonna go with Greed.Why? Cuz He's the cool, smooth homunculus that doesn't seem to set on finding that damn Philsopher's Stone.
Also Envy cuz 'it's' insane to the max. Also, It has cool changing powers.

My favorite sin-homonculus is SO Lust cuz she best represents me. Her voice is totally kick-a** too. (Pardon my language) She seems to be the best because she always keeps the others on-track. She can also go in-cognito without tipping anyone off people about her true identity.

Greed because he's the coolest! He's the only homonculous (sp?) that didn't go after the philosopher's stone - Ironic, seeing as he's Greed xp . He also helped Ed, and was in charge of some wicked humanoid chimeras! Plus, his teeth are so cool! mrgreen
