So's, anyway, since I'm only here so often, I'm gonna say, if you've signed up as a ref, you can go ahead and jump in to a match and ref it without consent.
Just make sure the battlers have planned how to pay your fee (so far, everyone's a trainee, so it's 25 points)
As for me, my reffing will continue to be free (and will continue until I'm hit by a Greyhound or something), but plan your fees as if you're going to have to pay, because if another ref beats me to it, you gotta pay.
See, refs? Everyone will be happy to see you now! You cost money!
