Hey, well I've done photo editing for some time now and I've been wanting to get into flash makeing >_> but.. i have no idea where to begin. I'd like someone to tell me where is a good free (or the name of a realy good pay one) and maybe a tutorial on how to use it? (please make sure it dosn't have spyware / bad stuff)

I taught myself how to use flash, I think I'm decent at it, I just need to learn how to make better use of sound effect x.x
