if he saw Shikamaru and Temari together-....freak out and try to kill Shikamaru(or just hurt) but Temari would stop him with older sister power...or a smack in the head by her fan
if he saw someone he hated- Attack...duh...
if he fell asleep-Shukaku would eat his soul...poor Gaara *hugs*
if he was bored-Build a supersized sand castle because he's awsome like that

Then: Try to crush Shikamaru's windpipe with his sand.
Now: Can you say, "shiner the size of a grapefruit?"
if he saw someone he hated?
Then: Probably try to kill them.
Now: Ignore them. He's Kazekage; he can banish them later.
if he fell asleep?
Then: "I can't sleep . . . Shukaku will eat my soul . . ."
Now: "I can't sleep . . . I'll just have another nightmare . . ."
if he was bored?
Then: Plot violent revenge fantasies on the world.
Now: Make cool shapes with his sand. Oh, look! A ballerina! Ooh, and a samurai!

before he wouldnt care after he still wouldnt care
before they would already be dead after hed kick their but and call him a national bad dude cause he est the kazekage
before unless hes in a big fight he wouldnt fall asleep after he wouldnt fall asleep unless the village was in danger still the raccoon would come out
if he was bored before he would just kill someone and after he would just find a badguy and kick their butt cause hes good ooooorrrrrr hed call me and hav a sandcastle contest blaugh

sleeping... the monster in his buddy will take over his body
