Oh unknown female Noah, where can you be? How come you've only showed up once in the manga? Did Hoshino forget about you? There there, your time will come..in the anime!!
The only thing we know about her is that she is a Noah, so I can't really put down a bio. What I want to know the most is whats her name and what episode will be her debut.
So come on guys! Predict her purpose!

A female Noah that appears in Volume 3 during the Earl's dinner. Nothing is shown about her yet, but she makes several appearances in the anime promos.

Her name is Lulubell, the Noah of Lust. She can transform into anything she desires, and her hand can turn into a powerful whip to command Akuma.
