Appearance:Slim but athletic figure, short dark hair, looks about 16-17 years old. She's wearing a blue shirt with bare back and shoulders, and a black skirt. She has a gun holster on her hip, and also carries several small knives.
Bio/short history: Born under the name Alicia Kitase, she was bitten at the age of 17, by a vampire who intended to take her under his wing. However, he was caught in the act of drinking her blood, and was forced to convert her quickly and make his escape, leaving her behind. Although she survived, she was unable to keep her new-found bloodlust under control, and eventually ended up drinking the blood of her own younger brother. She worked hard to keep herself under control after that incident, but her family were no longer able to accept her, and so she left, shortening her name simply to Li.
Soon after she left, the vampire who had created her found her, and tried to get him to join her, to learn the ways of the vampire. Although she was wary of him at first, and even hated him for what he had done to her, she eventually began to trust him, until she agreed to let him train her. She is now in full control of her vampire powers, and is an accomplished fighter, with over 50 years of fighting experience.
She has slight magic abilities, and a small pistol, but prefers to use daggers and hand-to-hand combat, or throwing knives for long-distance fighting.
