Now that you've been through all our harassment, well met! Come introduce yourself here and greet others.
I'm Elrond here, or Carmelor on Leaf. I'm seventeen.. from USA, and I've been a Tolkien fan for a good nine years now. I've read up to The Silmarillion (though through conversations which other fans I would place my knowledge slightly pas that) and love drawing fanart. You can guess who my favorite character is.

Hey guys. I'm Luthien. On Leaf of Lorien, I'm tinuviel. I've liked Tolkien's work since around the time The Two Towers came out in theatres, but it's only in the past two years that I've really gotten hooked on it. I'm obsessed now. heart I also love C. S. Lewis. I'm fifteen years old, a Sophmore in high school, I live in Minnesota, and I love to sing and write. Also, I am Purple. ninja

While on Gaia I may be indian horse, on leaf I have a constantly changing name sweatdrop stressed crying rofl (currently I'm Lúthien of Dorthonion although I think I'm going to change it back to Oncoi Eldariel... don't know. HAHA see what I mean! )
Anyhow, I am a 21 year old Canadian/American (I have dual citizenship, but live in Canada). I LOVE science-fiction and fantasy (also known as SF&F) and have major book-worm tendencies. I read "the eye of the world" and "the great hunt" in three and a half days... I consider that to be the sign of a bookworm, even if it isn't that fast by bookworm standards (or I have speed-reader friends ...lol).
Also, I'm writing a novel and have passed the 23,000 mark heart (have to update my profile... ) and guess what genre it is? If you guessed science-fantasy you'd be right! (although it's more fantasy than science, even though I'm doing research on binary star systems)

Hi, On Leaf of Lorien I'm Lessien. I am 14 years old, and line in Ohio, USA. I have read The Hobbit and all three LotR books, and I've read a bit of the Silmarillian. I read the books about a year before the movies came out, and then after the movies, I read them again. I am writing a fantasy, but i'm only 8 pages into it and I hardly ever work on it anymore.

Hello, I'm Chain of Power...or just Chain. On Leaf of Lorien I'm known as Kerykeion...an orc, which seem to be rare on there at the moment. Not that I'm complaining, seeing as I'm an orc and therefore hate everyone anyway...hehe.
I'm 16 and live in Texas. I saw the movies before I read the books, but I enjoyed them as much as. Unfortunately the only other Tolkien I've read is the Silmarillion, which I thought was a bit tedious but definitely worth reading. The appendices were fun, too...
Anyway, I hope to have fun here. Ja ne!

I am Ruric Torrune. I don't have an acount on the other site, because I prefer to keep my fourms in small numbers. After all, why join amillion fourms if you can join one big one with all the same things as the smaller ones? I live in New York, and am going to be a Junior next year at school. My friends say that I have a personality like a Dwarf, perhapse because I'm realy stubborn, and like a good axe? Personaly I like Dwarves any way so that suits me just fine. And I'm a gamer so any question about most fantasy wargames, or rpgs I can probbly answer.

You're the first Minnesotan I've met on Gaia that doesn't go to my school... heh. Anyway, I'm almost 16, My uncles got me into reading, Ole gave me LotR when I was 9 or 10, and I've been hooked on LotR and reading in general since. i'll be a junior when school starts up again. Oh yeah, on Leaf I'm bookworm275, and I'm a hobbit.

Weeeeell my name on here is Moriko san (If you couldn't tell by my username xd ) I'm currently 16, though I'll be 17 in a few months and I'm going to be a senior in highschool. Hi, on gaia I'm Lord Veggington III and at the moment on leaf I'm Azbad but that will soon change depending on my race :p. I'm from the UK and am 20 years young. I've been reading tolkein for 6 years from the hobbit to the beginning of the silmarillion, (which I'm ashamed to say i put down for coursework and haven't looked at since :s) I'm currently at university studying english with creative writing. I'm a big fantasy fan from writing through to role-playing. Glad to be on here and look forward to getting to know you all.

On gaia I'm Mimic_mint, and right now on Leaf I'm Starfield.. I'm from Sweden and 17 years old/young depending on my mood razz I've been reading tolkien as long as I've been able to read, and also read him in both swedish and english to see the differences (too many)... I love fantasy, and roleplay also a lot... Mostly as a demon or half demon, though I guess that's out of the q here razz
