Counts somewhat as a movie, even though it's a musical. I wouldn't think that RENT needs too much explanation, so I won't give it here unless someone asks.

It's still a movie. I mean, it was in cinemas. lol
I heart it too. I've seen it on stage, saw the movie, and own it on DVD.

I saw it on Broadway... though with the 20th or so generation cast, alas, where tehy all overdo it trying to be the originals. I liked it quite a bit on stage though, and I rather liked the movie... though they made some, ah, interesting choices with the staging and transfering songs to... spoken pieces??? wink

Saw it in theaters, thought it was pretty good especially loved the music that went with it. Going to look for the DVD sometime in the future, but things come up and one isn't able to get it =( at the moment.

It was one of the most amazzzing movies I'd seen in a long time.
I LOVED it. Even though Maureen's [sp?] protest bugged the hell out of me, i still loved the REST of the movie. LA Vie Bohem is my favorite song out of all of'em XD

My favorite scene was at the funeral and they sang 'I'll Cover You(reprise)' It made me cry. T^T]<. *~~*Harooh! Harooh! Harooh!*~~*

Ahhhh, RENT.
I've seen it like 200 times on DVD, and I saw the stage show on 3-10.
It was FAMAZING.

Musicals and I generally don't get along too well. sweatdrop But I enjoyed RENT. Really, really sad in parts, though. sad
I especially like that the guy who plays Collins is on Law & Order. I giggle and think of him skipping along with Angel every time I see the show. whee

Cereal Murder I cry there every time. TT___TT;; Me too, and I've seen it way too many times but the reprise of "I'll cover you" at the funeral gets me every time. I can't wait until I get to see an actual on stage proformance of it, y'know seven months, or so, from now.

I adore Rent!! I am seeing it on Broadway in August! I memorized the lines to the Boradway and Movie version! <3 it to death! go RENT!

I've seen it on stage twice (once on broadway) and saw the movie (which I think speaks poorly for the musical itself, but meh)
