i find that Chip Skylarke (FairyOddParents) looks alot like Danny. are they cousin or something?

no. they are just made by the exact same person, Mr. Hartman.

~Yeah, I think a lot of it is that they're drawn in the same style. They do have the same hair kind of and the same colour eyes, though, so I could accept them being related in a fic or something. ^^

Many simularities due to the same drawing style, but not exactly the same.
