Hey guys, At the moment I am over weight for my age to height ratio ( im 16 years old and 6ft ), I’m not sure how much of it is muscle but I am sure that not a lot of it is, I weigh 85 – 90 KGS. Gaining around 10 KGS over the Christmas holiday now I want to loose that extra 10 KGS I have gained over the holidays and tone up my body as well. My goals are to meet the entry requirements for the NZ army in about 8 weeks.
EXERCISE MALE run 45 minutes two times this week, plus 3.2 kms in 13.5 minutes once, and 2.4 kms in 11 minutes twice press ups 28 curl ups 60 1/2 squats 30 back arches 20 pull ups 8+
My current exercise is 40 reps of 5kg dumbbells for my biceps and 20 for my triceps And 300 sit ups a night. I would join a gym but I can’t afford that at the moment and also have trouble with most diets as I am type one diabetic, which is a b***h as it some times interferes with my exercise as well.
So my goals are to loose fat gain muscle work up my stamina to what it used to be.
Does anyone know of ways to work out my chest / back with out gym equipment?
Any tips on how to better accomplish this?

Something for the Chest are wide pushups - either hands placed outside of shoulders (not directly under), or hands under shoulders but elbows at 90 degrees from body.
I'm not too sure of back exercises without equipment
