EDIT: Okay guys new rule:
No one is allowed to use fanart in banners without the artists permission okay?
If you have the artist permission to use their fanart to make banners then thats fine but if not then please don't :]
I know it's strict and stuff but it's easier so please use clips from the show and things like that :]
