He gave a small smirk, one that looked...feral, almost inhuman* "Time is of no use to you, but in my hands.." *he grins and drew the newest weapon he carried, a fearsome looking scythe with a gleaming blade, pressing the handle to the ground as he folded his arms and simply stared at Hyuga with a childlike innocence, unrepresentative of the raw hatred that was hidden behind that face.* "..Time...is the ultimate weapon...it is immortal and never dulls.."

If you must believe so...*the two stare down each other as if frozen within time, and the onli element holding them there is there chakra, and pure strength, and the will keeping them alive, and suddenly a burst of chakra from Black explodes with rapid 100 miles per hour winds*  Now lets begin ...*Support Ram", Tiger arrow Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu - Haze Clone Technique real me using jujutsu(the art of concealment) i move at intense speed towards meryth, and aim to kill him*

*he sighs and shrugs a bit* "so hateful...
*he shoves his hands in his pockets, closing his eyes and waiting for Black to approach. Just when his demise seemed imminent, he opened his eyes and smiled as the speeding enemy passed into the invisible barrier of oxygen-suppressing chakra surrounding him, slowing him to a crawl as the psychotic individual screamed in his face* "YOU REALLY NEED TO CHILL OUT!"
*he pulled a length of chain from around his scythe, stepping to the side and tripping him up with a small grin, watching him topple to the ground*

*a small yelp is wrenched from meryths throat as the uppercut connects, then a brief smile is seen before the clone vanishes in a white puff of smoke. A small cackle is heard, and an uninjured meryth perches on the tip of his scythe, hanging over by his toes and swinging to and fro, his arms still folded* "Im stronger than you, Hyuga...you need...more hate... *he smiles and yawns, dropping of of the scythe with an unimpressive flip* "but I guess I should try this time.."

(okay..since you wont allow any time to dodge...)
*meryth coughs a bit, then smiles as the body you struck (rather weakly, as you had no buildup to the chidori) melts away into sand, a stone-faced meryth, attacking you from the side with a kunai, the time-barrier around him making it seem as if he moved like lightning, too fast for you to even make another hand sign.
He simply walked past you, holding the kunai in front of his face, and your body literally collapsed from the dozens of gashes shredding it from seemingly one strike, your tendons broken in legs and feet, your body literally unable to move its limbs, because nothing was connected to help the muscle contract. sand began to curl around your broken body, feasting on the blood that slowly seeped from you, your life dwindling as he wiped the kunai off on the ground, then left it there.
"now I can take my time..."
*He crouched to the ground, grinning* "may you rest in peace for eternity."
*he began forming handsigns for a while, your battered body unable to move. hare...ox...monkey..hare..*
"Now... be gone... Secret jutsu.... SANDS OF TIME.."
*he raised his arms to the sky as the clouds slowed in their course, then stopped, the wind pausing as a time barrier was created around you, freezing your blood, your breathing, and your pain in silence*
*he turned away, drawing a book from his back and sitting in the dusty sand*
"now stop bothering me. I have no more need to fight. Maybe, if I feel like it..Ill let you live..."

Maybe, if I feel like it..Ill let you live..." umm yeah a*****e in this type of predicament u can use the reversal jutsu, and repel my attack to me, or just use a sweeping leaf whirl wind, and then follow up by kicking me in the balls or something, so stop your ******** moping and continue with the damn fight you a**-clown. and btw it was a secret haze clone bushin maybe u shoud highlight my texts, and notice the predicament ur in for...trust me in this guild I'm known for my good techniques and skills...*My clone dies off from the intense pain and then i emerge probably ready to fight or just send out more bushins* twisted This fight has yet to begin twisted *My byakugan activates, and i take the stance of the Gentle Fist.*

if i must...*darts towards meryth, but no longer in the Gentle Fist stance, but now using the Iron Fist Style, and is trying to break the bones of meryth.*

Meryth yawns and shoves his hands in his pockets, stepping away and dodging in a very lightfooted and lazy manner, giving a slight hop to clear any footsweeps, grading the blows that miss for their ferocity as they fly by* "good, average, nah, almost, wow, liked that one. nope.." *he then falls to his back and springs up, giving hyuga a powerful kick to the jaw while flipping backward to avoid him* "

*meryths eyes narrow and he whispers in a hushed tone as he falls*
"sphere of sand.."
*he cackles as the sand comes to his aid, covering his body completely and creating a lage sphere of hardened sand around his body, rendering him immobile while at the same time defended* "dont...count me out just yet.." *the sphere lands with a rumbling crash, and the enveloped meryth gives a harsh whisper to the one rushing him* "Ill..skewer you...." *suddenly, spines of hardened sand shoot from the sphere, instantly driving through hyugas chest and arms, literally impaling him*
"dont..touch me..stupid fool.."
