I like Rushuna Tendo from Grenadier, if you couldn't tell^.^
Other anime favorites of mine are Genma Saotome from Ranma 1/2

I would stick it if I could but it seems I can only Move, Lock and Delete threads.
My favorite Character is any manga right now has to be N from Death Note. I'll add more later, busy busy.

I've been watching it as it comes out, though I've finished the Manga. It's a great read if you ever get around to it. I usally don't go for main stream anime/manga but Death Note hooked me something good.

Ooh, hard one.
N is excellent, and, sad as it may be, I'm in exactly the same boat as Mustache - I tried to avoid Death Note but finally got roped into it. Excellent read, I'm not regretting it.
Yay to another Slayers fan. I tried making a Lina costume on Gaia ages ago, and, though it worked, no one else seemed to get it.
As for my favorites...
Fujino Shizuru from the Mai-HiME anime would probably have to top the list.
Lilim from Lilim Kiss by Kuwashita Miyuki is in distant second.
Toujou Aya from Ichigo 100% would have to be roughly third.
Umm...Tachibana Ukyo's historical basis (real name forgotten) is also high on the list. He's mentioned in Fate/Stay Ataraxia (Fate/Stay Night anime) as Assassin.
Hmm...can't think of anymore at the moment.

This is easy for me since i'm not familiar with a lot of different anime/manga.
Spike from Cowboy Bebop (although all characters are love-able and most are deep)
Ryoga from ranma 1/2 (he is like me - gets lost all the time and loves ramen. i wish i was that good at fighting with an umbrella though...)
Shigure from Fruits Basket (still not quite sure why i like Fruits Basket so much.. only seen the anime never read the manga)
