I'v been working out and trying to get in shape to be Ikkaku madarame from bleach(with his bankai ninja Shh tho tis going to be a surprise)) but the whole problem is he's shirtless and covered in blood but then there's a another problem but I belive I have covered it tho i need help with the chain and and the red fluffy thing's on the 2 hand weapons crying rather trublesome, I thot I had found the chains but theres only a month left and they no longer had them crying

OH! and the other questing is a...well odd Cosplay, its a bit...offensive I'm told, I was thinking of other my self or a frined to around dressed up as pres.Bush with a sign that says "I swear, i have no idear what this philosopher stone is"(>_> if anyone dose this I want creit)) but after some tho my brother told me many people would find it Too offensive what do you think?

I like your first cosplay idea. o.O For the red bits, just use torn up red slot. XD It works. And as for the chains, foam is a good idea.

As for the red stuff see if any local craft stores have some stuffing for pillows or stuffed animals and if needed dye it red I used it to make the fur at the end of my tetsaiga and it looked grate.
