Hi, I recently joined the delight of magic the gathering, my deck is Planar Chaos and I am quite bad. If anyone has knowledge of the deck can I have some help on strategizing?

Surely, I can help. If you would post a decklist, I can be more helpful.

For starting out a card pool i suggest picking up preconstructed decks. They are real inexpensive, usually contain versatile and useful cards and lands (which you might not have very much of if you are just starting to build your card pool), and they are really fun and easy to adapt using singles and boosters.
There is also a bundle of good articles on magicthegathering.com, many of them help with adapting precons. I believe ben bleiweiss adapts precons quite a bit in his article "Building on a Budget".
While you are there you can check out Magic Academy to build your knowledge of magic theory.
I took an adapted Reality Fracture deck to Friday Night Magic and I have a lot of fun with it. Precons is definitely where I would start.

I'm always willing to offer advice or comments on anything related to M:tG. I'[ve recently helped 4 new players learn how to play the game and help them learn what they can do with a limited card pool.
Post a deck list and I'll see what I can think of.

xd Its been months since I last played. I usually just went to drafts, and was not very good at deck construction.

We could definatley help more if you posted a deck list. As its sorta hard to just make suggestions if we only know what set your cards are from.
