Have an application like so,
Character SheetRolls for Stats (4d6 roll 7 times drop the lowest stat and drop the lowest roll in the 4d6)
Your level adjustment can only be 3 or lower for race. You start out as a level 3 character if you are a normal race with no level adjustment. You may have only one bloodline if you are a regular race and it may be major. The allowed alignments are all of the goods. You can also multi-class.
