Ye Olde Custom Form:

Quote:
[Numeral Preference] DCL (LuCiD in dyslexic...)

[Gender] Female

[Age] Teen. (to start with)

[Base color] A dark sunset pink along her back, fading to a lighter pink, to a light butter yellow, to a deep sunset gold along her underside/belly. The fade also goes down along her legs, the colors taking longer to fade from one to the other; they also fade a bit diagonally, the yellow starting at the elbow joing along the back of the leg but not until nearly the wrist joint along the front.

[Markings] SUPER DAYGLOW BLUE-cyan stained glass patternish spots of leathery, semi-transparent skin. (Details in mutations section.)

[Mane] Fades similarly to the coloration on her body, only it consists only of the lighter yellow and pink, and the yellow is the color that starts along her spine.

[General Build] Medium build, more lean than muscular. Fur is short, but not incredibly so. German-sheperdish in length as opposed to either Pomneranian or Doberman. The fur is longer and more floofy around where the feathers sprout from her body. (See mutations for feathers.)

[Mutations]
Feathers sprouting from her shoulders and the end of her tail. No wings, just feathers. The feathers are barred along their entire length in the butter yellow and lighter pink colors.

Clusters of fleshy, leathery tough skin that sort of "bubble" out from her base flesh. (Think... like a big blister, maybe.) The skin is actually very smooth, and no fur grows from them. The skin is semi-transparent and filled with some sort of bio-luminescent chemical compound. The light isn't bright enough to really be noticable in bright rooms or outside during daylight. There are clusters located on her cheeks/around the back of her eyes, on her shoulders below the feather growths, and on her hips/tailbase.

These next ones don't necessarily show up until adult stage or later:

More glow-bubbles along the front part of her legs from the wrist to the elbow and from just above the paw to the ankle joint.

A set of four backward facing horns, one pair sprouting literally right behind her ears, the other set more centered and sprouting from slightly farther back/down on the skull. The first pair is shorter, and they point outward away from eachother more than the longer pair in the back. All four are "fraying" on the ends, the fibrous hairs that form them for some reason unwinding just slightly so that the ends look like fuzzy "tufts". (I haven't decided for sure but there's a likelyhood that these will have a bio-glow to them, too.)

Bio-luminescent semi-stiff fur strands (sort of like whiskers without the extra sensitivity, thank you Mattu!) that sprout at the very least along her spine behind the horns down to the patch of glow bubbles on her hips, and from around the feathers at her shoulders and on her tail. (Haven't decided if they're going to have any other placement yet.) The way they glow is rather like those ornamental Xmas tree things on the music box stands that have the fiber optic strands or whatever it is, that glow sort of faintly along the length of the strands but really brightly at the tips. These won't color-shift, though, they're just that blue-cyan color.

[Personality] I FOUND THE WORD.

[Background/History] Nothing spectacular. Showed signs at an early age that she wasn't going to be easy to work with. She was a golden color tipped with butter yellow when she was small, but as she neared teenhood her coloration started to change. By the time she'd finished the Layhr version of puberty she'd even developed the blue spots, and by the next week she'd started sprouting feathers. Put off by the rapid physical changes, her attitude, and the fear that she would further mutate they decided to place her in the handler project. She certainly wasn't proving a "good subject". She also has the less advertised form of ADD where she zones in on one thing so completely that she doesn't realize what's going on around her (as opposed to being unable to pay attention to something for very long, she pays attention to one thing for TOO long), and is somewhat dyslexic. And a bit hypocritical, perhaps; she doesn't like narcissists, but she's rather vain herself.

[Additional Info] http://randommind.virtue.nu/lucidcolor.jpg <--- the half-arsed picture I did when I first found her roaming around in my skull. o.0

http://randommind.virtue.nu/lucid2.jpg <--- Another sketchy thing I made to try and make sure I had her design how I wanted it. I don't like the tail in this one. I mean, I like the tail, just not for Lucid.
