Words whose letter go up and down in their alphabet position (like azbxcy)
I have always thought these were sooo cool. Needless to say, I was a teenager when I discovered these. This was my personal favorite.

a is lower in the alphabet than m - so we started low and went higher then back down to the next a the way high up to z and then back down to e .....
so a graph would go up and down like a roller coaster
